Result of Pet Rescue From Fukushima No-Go Zone, May 10

The pet rescue began today, first from Kawauchi mura village (54 homes). Although they initially thought to pick these pets up from tomorrow, the officials decided to rescue them as many as possible today.

The result of the pet rescue carried out by the government today (May 10): 9 dogs (including 4 puppies that were born recently) & 3 cats
To be brought back tomorrow (May 11): 2 dogs & 2 cats

  2. I can’t believe they are not rescuing pets..Every article says they will be back tommorow, why not take them today???? Whats with this gov. rescue? These animals deserve better than this, If I lived in Japan I would be filing a class action law suit against the gov. and That nuke plant. Such a bunch of bull….
